We spent a most enjoyable afternoon at the lake. First, a scrumptious picnic lunch, then some rafting. The kiddos tested the water a little bit and found it a tad cool. Then on to a walk around the lake. It was wonderful to get out of the swelter down in the valley and spend some quality time with family and friends.
