Sabbath School
Well, we gave it a try today. Ezekiel wasn't quite sure what was going on, but seemed to have fun. There was a lot of carrying him around while he was supposedly putting felts on the board or dropping off stuffed animals. He liked the big loud piano right behind us and had fun watching the other little ones.He was so tuckered out when we got home that after I fed him he fell asleep on the way to his crib.

Ezekiel Photo of the Day
Apparently Ezekiel loves being outdoors. Robb had some firewood to stack, so put him in his Bumbo on the doorstep. Even though he had toys to play with, he spent the whole time hamming it up instead.

Well, a tooth at least. This evening Aunt Pat discovered that Ezekiel's first little chomper finally came in. You can't see it in these pictures, but his lower right front tooth has broken through. He can't seem to keep his fingers out of this mouth now.

We took a quick flight out to Palouse Falls this evening. It was the first time in a small plane for Ezekiel and Auntie Nel. They both did great. Only one of them cried and peed their pants. I totally stole that last line from Nelita.

Reading to Mommy
One of my favorite times of day is right after bath time, when Ezekiel is in his pjs and I read to him. He usually settles in and seems intrigued by the story. But sometimes he spends the whole time lunging for the pages, since he LOVES paper. That is when I get out the his board books so he can read to me.

Ezekiel's Dedication
This Sabbath we had Ezekiel dedicated at the second service of the University Church. He flirted with the girls in the choir and played with Pastor Troy's lips during the prayer, but was really good. I think his parents were more wigged out by being up there in front of everyone than he was. Thanks to David for taking all the photos!

A Visalia Sabbath

We enjoyed a wonderful church service in Fresno, then back to the house for two tasty meals. Ezekiel tried French Onion Soup (really, who wouldn't like that!?) and we got to play a long game of Catchphrase.
