Ezekiel Photo of the Day

The little guy has started trying to hold his head up when I'm burping him. He does a pretty good job most of the time. But my favorite part of this picture? Check out the back fat on this guy!

Naughty Daddy

On today's blackberry harvesting expedition, Robb decided to give Ezekiel a little berry juice. The berries were still pretty tart, so he had to test quite a few before finding one that wouldn't make the little guy pucker too much.

P.S. I'm loving the crossed-eye thing he's been doing lately...

Play Time

Ezekiel has just recently started noticing the dangling sea horse and octopus and is trying to interact with them. He only hits them by accident, is pretty good at chatting with them. I've been trying to capture it on video, but he is camera-shy and gets all quiet, so the video is a whole minute long...

Ezekiel Photo of the Day

Ezekiel rocks his Sabbath outfit. (I was going to pop the collar, but Robb wouldn't let me.)

Ezekiel Photo of the Day

He just seemed so cute today, we had to take pictures with him. I think we're going to need a larger hard drive at this rate...

Hangin' With Great-grandma

Almost grown out of his "I Love Mommy" onesie!

Zeke loves his nap time.

We spent an awesome day with Great-grandma Edna. We attended church together, and although Ezekiel didn't sleep the whole time, he was cute and quiet. Then we threw together a light lunch and took some naps. To end the day, we took a leisurely drive through the countryside. Yay for Sabbaths and family!

Creative Baby Gift

One of the lovely ladies from our potluck/social committee stopped by yesterday with this gift. She is a big fan of Robb, as he always spends several hours at the sink during every potluck. It came with this poem that she wrote:

Now don't get excited
And don't be misled,
This isn't for the baby—
But for Robert instead!!
So when you have read this
With all our good wishes
Just unpin and untie it
And let Rob do wash the dishes!
(At least for the next few weeks!)

Addition Progress #5

(Gratuitous Ezekiel Photo)

Finally! I got the paint finished up in the bedroom, the carpet installer came yesterday and Robb hung all of the doors. Still lots to do, but it seems to be coming together at last.

Ezekiel Photo of the Day

Ezekiel just finished some tummy time with daddy. He isn't certain whether to cry the whole time or fall asleep.
