Meeting Audrey

Little Audrey is just four weeks old and the most precious little baby. Ezekiel is quite taken with her. He likes to stare at her until she looks at him, then he'll let out a little squeal.

First Airplane Trip

Ezekiel might just turn out to be a little traveler. We had a 37 minute flight from Pasco to Seattle and he was awesome, even falling asleep by the time we landed. Robb got him transferred into his stroller for a jaunt across the airport to our next gate.

Shockingly, for a day of travel, he still got about the same amount of sleep and feeding and arrived at Uncle Erik and Auntie Katy's in good spirits.

Ezekiel is Four Months Old

He's now over 15 pounds, 15 ounces and 26.75 inches long.

Firewood for Winter!

Our firewood was just delivered and Robb spent some time outside today getting it all stacked. We thought Zeke might enjoy some time outside as well, so we put him in his (slightly over-sized) snowsuit.

This is precious, precious little Ezekiel getting his diaper changed. Well, more of an entire wardrobe change. Ezekiel is especially proud of his most recent accomplishment. He has discovered that if we are at work and he is bored sitting on my lap watching the monitor, all he has to do is orchestrate a diaper blow-out.

The little guy was having a tough time feeling happy, so I put him in his backpack/front pack (I don't know what they are called) and headed outside. After a little stroll around the neighborhood, he finally calmed down.

Happy Birthday, Asher!

This evening we attended Asher's eighth birthday (oh my goodness, he is so grown up!) party, and the kids played quite a game of baseball.

Off to the Jack Show

Months and months ago we decided to go see Jack Johnson in concert and then abruptly forgot about it. The day before the show, my good buddy Luke texted to see if we where still going. We dropped off the kid with some family and were gone. Good scenery, a couple of good friends and some great music made for a pretty decent time.

Zeke usually follows the example of his Great-grandpa Everett and sleeps through church, but today he made an exception. He was so sleepy after church that when we took these pictures his eyes were closed in half of them.

Ice Lake Adventure

Last weekend Jo and I went backpacking up to Ice lake in Eagle Cap National Forest with a few guys from my bible study group. The weather was perfect and the company was great.
