Robb did so much work to this room. From installing crown moldings and wainscoting, to completely refinishing the fireplace with mantel and tile, he transformed the place.
He also did a ton of work in both bathrooms. The teeny tiny tiles look amazing now, but are quite the headache to install.
It is probably just the pregnancy hormones, but I'm feeling pretty nostalgic about leaving our first little home. Six years brought so many good memories, that it feels weird to remove all our belongings, lock the door and drive away. Looking back, it is a totally different home than the one we bought, with red concrete floors in the living room, knotty pine cabinets in the kitchen and one less bedroom and bathroom.
