I don't make this claim lightly. Because apple pie is serious business. I mean, my grandma made a wicked good apple pie. And my mom's apple pie is pretty much the best, a recipe I'm lucky to have. But when Robb took that same recipe and baked it in his cast iron skillet? Well, you would have had to have been there.
