The boys have been asking about tide pools all summer, so today was our chance. We stopped at the scenic overlook for a little family selfie. It was still pretty windy. I love the way Lincoln's wispy hair was taking off.
And, the tide pools did NOT disappoint. The sand has shifted around a bit over the years, but the base of Haystack Rock still has plentiful tide pools and they are super full of sea anemones.
Zeke entertained himself by finding open ones and teasing them into closing on his fingers. Lincoln entertained himself by stomping in the water and getting soaked and grouchy. I entertained myself by digging around in the stroller for one of the boys hats—it was FREEZING out there. Robb and the baby? Cozy and warm.
