Zeke's obsession with instructions meant we got a lot of questions about the flight safety instruction card. Yeah, good times. I got to explain "debris" repeatedly. And why the airplane might be landing in water. Oh boy. He kept that seat belt good and tight.
A note about baby. There really aren't too many pictures of his first airline experience. I think he had fun, but he was kind of a handful. He wanted to push the flight attendant call button, but was content to turn the lights off and on. He tried to escape over the seat to his neighbors. He chewed on the cushions and licked the armrests. He was a blur of constant activity. We thought he might benefit from some infant Benadryl. Right? Wrong. It did little to alleviate his cold symptoms and seemed to infuse him with manic energy. I need a nap.
