Thanks to Jesse for having a birthday, and Rachel for throwing a chocolate-themed party! What a perfect reason to make this preposterously complicated, but totally worth it recipe.
Zeke wore his little Sherlock Holmes jacket and hat to church today. He has just about outgrown the hat, so we wanted to get a photo, but he was having none of it. I still think he looks precious even when he is a grouch.
It's been feeling like fall around here for a few weeks, so we were anxious to get in a walk around Bennington. It turned out much warmer than we were prepared for, but Ezekiel loved riding in his stroller and we had a fun visit with Heidi and Josh.
We're enjoying all the fruits and veggies of summer. This morning Robb made his favorite blueberry pancakes. He even made extra so we could freeze some to enjoy later.
Today we got to drive across town to have lunch with Robb at work. Hospital cafeterias really aren't so bad. I'm not sure who enjoys it more, Robb or Ezekiel.
Ezekiel enjoyed his first fair today. Truth be told, he spent the whole time sleeping in his stroller, but the rest of us had fun. We visited the exhibits, saw the animals and played a balloon dart game (grandpa won a stuffed cow for Ezekiel).
